This Job-Oriented Skill Development Program is desiged for entry-level Security Guard included civilian security, industrial Security, Govt. Department Security, Army porter/helper and logistics-support roles. The program focuses on discipline, physical readiness, workplace safety, access awareness, communication, observation, basic emergency response, material handling and professional conduct.

The Army Porter component is presented as a civilian support-skills track for porter/helper and logistics-support work. It does not provide military combat, weapons, tactical or operational training.
